How can Catherine’s cooking demos and workshops help you?
Catherine understands that when you are busy with your family you can for-go spending time cooking for yourself. Therefore, we offer cooking demonstrations to show you how to create nutritious, easy weaning foods for babies whilst creating healthy and delicious foods for the rest of the family . Cooking demos give you the opportunity to learn new skills in the kitchen, develop your own confidence making child-friendly foods and try new recipes. Catherine will give you a set of recipes and handouts to take away.
Cooking demos can either be hosted at Catherine’s flat in Clapham or at your home with a group of your own friends. If you host, you attend for free! These are all organised over lunch at weekends, so that all the food you can sample can fill you up as lunch.
Catherine offers free initial 10 minute phone consultations to asses your initial requirements. Catherine’s fees are in line with recommendations from the Freelance Dietitians Group of the British Dietetic Association.
